At Bobbie’s Blooms, each workshop is thoughtfully designed around the availability of fresh, seasonal flowers, ensuring that every session celebrates what nature is offering at its most beautiful. In our guided, step-by-step workshops, you’ll learn essential floristry techniques while creating your own garden-style statement arrangement. Working with vibrant seasonal blooms, soft foliage, and natural textures, you’ll design a joyful meadow-inspired arrangement full of colour, movement, and organic beauty. Our workshops embrace a modern approach to garden-style floristry, layering seasonal flowers with playful colour palettes and soft greenery to create arrangements that feel effortless, natural, and expressive. No experience is needed—just a love of flowers and creativity. Throughout the session, you’ll be supported with professional instruction while designing your own arrangement in a keepsake floral vessel, which you’ll take home to enjoy. The experience is finished with a relaxed high-tea moment, giving you time to unwind, connect, and enjoy the beauty you’ve created. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Bobbie’s Blooms. We are dedicated to delivering an elegant, thoughtfully curated floral workshop experience in Burleigh Heads. Please review our policies below prior to booking. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. • All prices are listed in AUD. • Workshop spaces are limited to maintain an intimate and premium experience. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Due to the preparation of fresh flowers and high tea catering: • 7+ days notice: Full refund or transfer to another available date. • 3–6 days notice: Transfer to a future workshop (subject to availability). • Less than 72 hours notice: Non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. If Bobbie’s Blooms must cancel or reschedule, guests will receive a full refund or transfer option. TRANSFERS You may transfer your booking to another guest. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE • Workshops run approximately 2–2.5 hours unless otherwise stated. • All flowers, tools and vessels are provided. • Guests take home their completed arrangement in our signature packaging or luxury gift bag (where applicable). • High tea inclusions vary depending on the workshop. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS • Dietary requirements must be advised at least 72 hours prior to the workshop. • While care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. • Guests with severe allergies attend at their own discretion. AGE REQUIREMENTS • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless attending a designated children’s workshop. • Alcohol (if included) is served to guests aged 18+ only. HEALTH & SAFETY • Closed-toe shoes are recommended. • Floral scissors and tools are used during workshops. Care must be taken at all times. PHOTOGRAPHY Photographs may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes. Please advise our team on arrival if you prefer not to be photographed. PRIVATE EVENTS Private workshop bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event. RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT Bobbie’s Blooms is a space of creativity and connection. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
